Ryan Dhadwal

Ryan, Managing Consultant, specialises in Data & AI recruitment, partnering with high-growth startups and scaleups to build world-class data teams. Based in our London office, Ryan focuses on supporting businesses across the UK with hiring across Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Engineering and Analytics functions.

Ryan works closely with founders, CTOs and data leaders to understand their growth plans and provide tailored hiring strategies that enable companies to scale effectively.

Alongside supporting clients, Ryan is passionate about helping candidates find roles where they can make a genuine impact, particularly within innovative and fast-growing businesses. His approach is consultative and relationship-led, ensuring both clients and candidates receive a high level of support throughout the hiring process.

Ryan holds a BSc in Business Management from the University of Bath. Outside of work he is a passionate Arsenal supporter, with most weekends revolving around football.
